Continuing Education Requirements

Every two years a total of fifteen (15) clock hours of continuing education is required for renewal of an active license. The fifteen hour continuing education course requirement is as follows:

1.   A three hour required course in Risk Management 2.   One of the following three-hour mandatory courses:           License Law/Trust Funds           Fair Housing/Equal Opportunity/ADA           RECAD 3.   The remaining 9 hours may be elective courses
