THOMAS B. BEALLE III

Thomas B. Bealle III is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser (license # GO0180) and a licensed real estate broker in the state of Alabama, with twenty five years appraisal and brokerage experience. Mr. Bealle is president of Thomas Bealle Associates, Inc., a local real estate and appraisal company affiliated with the national, state and local Board of Realtors. He is a graduate of the University of South Alabama and the American Real Estate Institute.

Mr. Bealle has served on the Board of Directors of the Mobile County Board of Realtors and on the Alabama Association of Realtors State Education Committee. He has served as chairman of the Mobile County Board of Realtors Education Committee and served on their Mortgage Financing Committee. Mr. Bealle is an approved real estate instructor for the State of Alabama (approved by the Alabama Real Estate Commission and the State Department of Education) and has taught courses for the University of South Alabama, Faulkner State Junior College, Bishop State Junior College, Alabama Real Estate Commission, American Real Estate Institute, Alabama Association of Realtors, Women's Council of Realtors, and many others;

He was awarded the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation on May 10, 1987 by the Realtors National Marketing Institute and the GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) designation on October 1, 1980. Mr. Bealle also holds the CREA (Certified Real Estate Appraiser) designation from the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers (membership #25355). He has published articles for the Alabama Realtors magazine, Mobile Press-Register, Mobile County News, and was review editor for the 2nd edition of Alabama Real Estate Supplement and the 5th edition of the Alabama Study Guide for Real Estate Fundamentals (published by Real Estate Education Company -500 N. Dearborn Street, Chicago, Illinois 60610).

On June 27, 1990 Mr. Bealle was certified as a Professional Standards Procedures Instructor by the National Association of Realtors (only 10 certified in the state of Alabama).

Bruce N. Bankston

Bruce N Bankston has been a Real Property Appraiser (Trainee, license # T01286) in the state of Alabama since April 2003. Mr. Bankston has worked directly under the supervision of Thomas Bealle of Thomas Bealle Associates Inc. and currently is focused on real property in Baldwin County, Alabama. Mr. Bankston is a native of Baldwin County and a graduate of Baldwin County High School class of 1979.

Employment History:

2003 – Present: Real Estate Appraiser, Trainee for Thomas Bealle Associates, Inc. Mobile Alabama. With an office located in Gulf Shores, Mr. Bankston is responsible for all real property appraisal requests for the Baldwin County area.

2000 – 2003: Director of sales and marketing and system design engineer for Sestec Communications. Sestec Communication was a start-up voice over the internet (VoIP) long distance telephone company located in Mobile Alabama. Sestec Communications originated and terminated long distance calls via the internet. Mr. Bankston along with two other employees began operation in March of 2000. With-in two years Sestec Communications had grown into a company with customers from California to the Middle East including Turkey, Iran and the United Arab Emirates. Sestec Communications was routing million of minutes of long distances calls a month. Sestec Communications was sold in January 2003.

1999 – 2000: Systems Design Engineer for Actel Communications. Actel Communication started operations in 1999 as a new Competitive Local Exchange Carrier CLEC design to compete against the local Bell telephone companies in Mobile Alabama. Mr. Bankston’s responsibilities included a close working relationships with the Actel’s sales team, system design and network compatibility between the customers network and Actel Communication’s network, a supervised no down-time migration from the Bell operating network to Actel’s network.

1997 – 1999: Project Manager for KMC Telecom. KMC Telecom started operations in May 1997 as a new Competitive Local Exchange Carrier CLEC design to compete against the local Bell telephone companies in the Pensacola Florida area. Mr. Bankston’s responsibilities included a close working relationships with the KMC sales team, system design and network compatibility between the customers network and KMC Communication’s network, a supervised no down-time migration from the Bell operating network to Actel’s network. Mr. Bankston was the second member employed in the Pensacola office and personally directed each customer from BellSouth operations to KMC operations. The KMC Pensacola office was billing approximately $14 million a month in sales by the end of 1999.

1988 – 1997: Telecommunications Operations Manager / Technician. MircoComm and the USA Medical Center, Mobile Alabama. Mr. Bankston responsibilities included all working aspects of the telephone switch for the University of South Alabama Medical Center Duties included all add moves and changes and scheduled maintenance for the 2400 line telephone switch. Responsibilities also included maintenance for the voice-mail system and over all billing for the different medial departments.

1984 – 1988: Telecom Technician and radar operator for Department of Defense U.S. Marshall Islands.

1979 – 1984: United States Air Force: Staff Sergeant E-5 with two Air Force Commendation medals awarded for superior service and leadership skills while stationed at Clark Air Force base in the Philippines 1980 – 1983 and 1983 – 1984 while serving at Sewon Air Force Base Korea1979 – Graduated from Baldwin County High School, Bay Minette, AL.

DONNA K. DICKSON

Donna k. Dickson is a licensed real estate broker and state certified appraiser in the state of Alabama with 17 years of brokerage and appraisal experience. Ms. Dickson is a vice president of Thomas Bealle Associates, Inc. and Appraisal Associates, Inc., local real estate and appraisal companies affiliated with the National, State , and Mobile County Board of Realtors. She is a graduate of the University of Alabama and the Heavenor/Ogier School of Real Estate.

Ms. Dickson is an approved real estate instructor for the State of Alabama (approved by the Alabama Real Estate Department of Education) and has taught real estate courses for the Alabama State Real Estate Commission, Faulkner State Junior College, Bishop State Junior College, Century 21 Academy of Real Estate, as well as many other private schools and seminars

Ms. Dickson is a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser by the State of Alabama Real Estate Appraisers Board (certificate #CR00359) In 1989 awarded the CREA (Certified Real Estate Appraiser) designation by the National Association Real Estate Appraisers.

 

KATHERINE L. CORRY

Katherine L. Corry is a licensed sales person in the state of Alabama with 10 years of sales experience, including experience selling various financial products in the banking industry. Ms. Corry earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the University of South Alabama in December 2003.
